Technical issues during file transfer.
Commissioner's intended use of the artwork.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Mediation Process

All disputes to be resolved through direct communication.
If unresolved, neutral third-party mediation may be sought.

10. Additional Terms

Right to display completed work in portfolio.
Potential penalties for breach of agreement.
